Purpose: To require institutions of higher education to provide clear, accessible information on the rights, accommodations, and available resources for pregnant students. 

Effect: Ensures colleges and universities proactively inform pregnant students of their legal protections and available support and aims to reduce pressure on pregnant students to leave school or terminate pregnancies due to lack of institutional guidance.
